What to expect with Boot Camp

With over 20 fitness¬†classes taking place in the morning, afternoon, or evening for the busiest of schedules, we’ve got you covered. Our 60-minute train-at-your-intensity classes will have you on track to your goals in no time. You train at your intensity because most, if not all, of the exercises are done for time. Starting out you may or may not be able to do a high number of repetitions, but over time it doesn’t become easier, you become stronger! Our boot camp classes were designed for the individual that has a hectic, limited schedule and wants a structured, supervised program. Constantly moving around from each circuit (don’t worry there are rest periods) keeps your heart rate up to burn the most calories. What to expect with Personal Training

Working with a personal trainer has numerous benefits. Typically people entertain the idea of working with a personal trainer because they lack fitness knowledge, discipline, accountability, motivation, and even experience. Working with a personal trainer will eliminate all of these factors and more. Our trainers will start with a proper warm up, move into strength training while incorporating cardiovascular training, and finish with core work. Following all of the sessions you can expect a proper cool down and stretching. All of this in 60 minutes. Working with a trainer will minimize error while maximizing time and results.
